I'm back!

Back from a very long 'blog' break. :))
And as you can obviously see, I have a new layout. Haha. I've decided to change my layout because I don't know how to install a new commenting system to my old blogger template so I upgraded it. So that you guys can comment on my posts! XD

I have a real job now! Yay!

After graduating and passing the board exam I am really thankful that I have a job now, even though it isn't what I'm supposed to be doing as a registered nurse. Because there are a lot of newly graduate / board passers who have no job at all.

Well, I am a nursing attendant, and our job is to take vital signs of patients, assist the nurses / doctors, secure all supplies are readily available, admit and discharge patients, just the basics. Simple lang, parang nung student pa ako. But I learned things that I haven't learned when I was still in school like inserting IFCs and doing enemas (sa school kasi puro lectures lang). Tiring, because we have so many patients everyday, but fun. And I consider this as my stepping stone to becoming a Nurse. (and I hope may ma-applyan na akong position! haha!) Lahat naman nagsisimula sa mababa eh! Haha!

JERUSALAINE S. ALDE, R.N.

The NLE (Nurse Licensure Exam) result was finally released last night. And I am sooooooo HAPPY that I am one of the 37, 527 nursing graduates who PASSED the board exam. My Mom and I really jumped because of gladness when we saw my name on the list and we were like is this really true? We checked it so many times for us to be sure that it is really my name. I was teary eyed when I knew it.

I am really thankful to GOD for answering my prayer. Indeed that all things are possible with Him. I didn't expect anything because I know that it is really up to God's loving grace if I will pass the exam or not. That is why my heart is full of gladness right now and I really can't express how happy I am that I PASSED THE EXAM.

Thanks to my family for their never ending love and support. This is for them.
And to my friends for all the prayers.

CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL THE NEW REGISTERED NURSES!

TO GOD BE THE GLORY!

‘Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.’

blog leave.

Tomorrow's the start of my review,
which strictly means more studying and
no more i-net-ing for me anymore.
(I will try to control myself not to go online. Haha.)
Oh well.
I'm going to miss
FB, Plurk, Twitter, and Tumblr so much. lol
That's why...
I won't be able to update my blog until the end of November.
I need to concentrate on my review for me to
hopefully
and prayerfully pass the exam.
Please pray for me. I really need your prayers.
That would be very much appreciated. :)
Thank you in advance.
God bless us all.

JABBAFIED

It was just last week when my friend JC told me that the JABBAWOCKEEZ were coming to the Philippines to have their tour here, and I was like “no waaaaaaay!”, I really can’t believe that they were coming and it made me so excited to see their JABBAFYING moves in front of my very own eyes.

For those who didn’t know, Jabbawockeez were the winners of the popular dance show in the US, the Americas Best Dance Crew. They were the ones who wear white masks when they dance, and 4 of the members of the crew are Filipinos. Great isn’t it? Oh, Chris is from Cavite. Heehee.

I really don’t want to miss this once in a lifetime chance to see them perform in front of my very eyes. Because honestly I really didn’t watch the whole episode of ABDC, I just knew about them I think last year over the net and searched it on youtube and watched their videos during their ABDC performances and also some other performances by them and I was like WOW. I even put some of their videos on my phone and shared it to my friends and they were also amazed. I also searched for some facts about them. Hehe. Fan girl much?

So when my friend asked me if I want to come with them to watch JBWKZ, I definitely said yes! How can I miss this one? :p

September 5, 2009 – Finally I would be able to see their jabbafying moves.

I went all the way to Alabang town center with my friend Jemae and my brother Jhay. We left at around 2 pm and we arrived there at around 3 pm. When we got there, there were a lot of people already but the seats were still empty so we tried to buy tickets but unluckily tickets were sold out. So we had no choice but to find a perfect spot for us to be able to watch in good view. Thank God we found a perfect spot for us! Yay! We were so close to the stage. And as we’ve expected, we waited for 3 hours for the show to start, standing

. I didn’t care even though my leg hurt already. :D

The show started at exactly 6 pm and ATC’s activity center was so crowded, many fans were there. Dj Rashida was also there and Billy Crawford performed too. When the Jabbawockeez went out and did their jabbafying moves, the crowd became crazy, people were screaming. I was like “Oh my! Is this really happening? They were performing in front of my very eyes!” I know that sounds weird but I was really JABBAFIED until now. Howell. They only did 2 sets of dance for more than 6 minutes each. I love their moves, especially when they did my favorite move they call it the Jabba-walk. I also loved when they danced Single ladie

s and Lean with it rock with it. Those are my favorites. I also took videos of their dance but too bad my cam ran out of battery during their last set. The crowd became crazier when they took off their masks. After that, those people who bought tickets had the chance to meet them. I envy them.

They were really AWESOME. I love their moves; they were so kind to the fans. I love Jabbawockeez.

I was really JABBAFIED. Oh my! What should I do? :D
